Next Steps for “Gifts That Give Back”

I can’t wait to feature your brand in this year’s Gifts That Give Back podcast segment and online catalog! Here are the next steps you can take to help me get started:

1. Schedule our podcast interview

Please schedule a 20-minute podcast interview with me as soon as you can. If you don’t see any time slots available that work with your schedule, please email me as soon as possible at jennih@nonprofitjenni.com.

In our interview, I’ll ask you:

  • What is your nonprofit’s mission? (Please answer briefly in one sentence.)

  • Please tell me a little bit about the products your nonprofit sells?

  • How do your product sales benefit your mission?

  • Does your store serve your mission in any other ways outside of generating revenue? (For example, your store may offer employment opportunities to your nonprofit’s beneficiaries, the products in your store may be created by your nonprofit’s beneficiaries, or the products in your store may be created through environmentally sustainable processes.)

We need to record our interview no later than November 15. Your interview will be aired during November or December.

3. Help me create your podcast ads

In addition to airing an interview featuring your nonprofit, I’d also like to create and air free ad spots for your store during the holiday shopping season. I’ll also send you audio files of these ads so you can use them elsewhere if you’d like!

Please email me the following information to help me create your podcast ads:

  • In 20 or fewer words, please describe your nonprofit’s mission.

  • In 1-3 sentences, please tell me how your store and products benefit your nonprofit’s mission.

  • Please share the direct URL addresses where I can find 1-3 of your top-selling products.
